We took the advice of a great salesman and bought this drain cleaner to unblock the pipes of our kitchen sink. We had previously tried a drain snake, bicarbonate of soda and Destop, but nothing worked. Half the bottle of this product completely cleared the blockage overnight. We’re saved! Because the threaded connection on my water heater of 200L was too narrow, oakum didn’t work (drips). The problem wasn’t fixed by wrapping Teflon tape 11 times around. I just needed to wrap this product around 6 times and the problem disappeared. Be sure to put the green side to the threaded connection and stretch tightly. Quick and easy. (Phil)
